Return - Exchange

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGE

Kaprice Tropical Shop does not offer refunds, returns or exchanges because we do not carry inventory and we are not big enough yet to take returns or exchanges on items that do not fit, or you no longer like.

ORDER CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS 

Please verify twice accuracy of sizes of the pillow covers before submitting your order. Once an order has been placed, we have 1 hour to make any adjustments to the order or cancel it during our working hours of Monday, Wednesday and Friday 9am to 5pm. There may be times we are able to modify an order outside of the 1 hour, so please reach our asap if you'd like to make an adjustment of any kind. Note, outside of our working hours we won't be able to stop/change/cancel any orders. Email us at hello@kapricetropical.com include your order number and any order changes or cancellations and 1 hour after your order has been placed, your changes can no longer be made or canceled.

INCORRECT, DAMAGED ITEMS, MISSING ITEMS

If you receive a damaged, missing or incorrect item, please notify us within 3 days of receipt. It is the customers' responsibility to inspect all deliveries within 3 business days of receipt. Any damages resulting in customer laundering items (we recommend dry cleaning only or spot clean techniques) will not be replaced or repaired.
